Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and nurture deep, long-term relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty.
Proactively understand the client`s business objectives, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Cultivate a robust pipeline by targeting high-potential prospects, strategically converting initial inquiries into concrete sales, and expertly managing the sales process to a final, successful close
Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Admin to guarantee a seamless client experience and deliver high levels of satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate, and produce high-quality visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Actively monitor, listen, and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
