Job Context:
SHOPNIL GROUP is seeking dynamic, target-oriented, and articulate Female Professionals to join our team as Tele-Sales & Customer Relation Executives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling client inquiries through digital channels, driving inbound/outbound tele-sales, and supporting business growth across our premium Real Estate, Interior Design, and Property Service sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from the company database to pitch services, generate leads, and drive direct sales closures.
• Ensure prompt, professional, and accurate responses to all incoming customer queries and calls across official digital platforms, including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
• Achieve individual and team-assigned monthly sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with the company's Architect to occasionally conduct client site/project visits following a successful sales confirmation.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain robust long-term relationships with clients through systematic follow-up calls and premium customer care.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Undergraduate / Running Honors students possessing exceptional communication and convincing skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• A major in Marketing (BBA/MBA) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, or Architectural firms is highly preferred, but fresh candidates with outstanding communication skills are also welcome.
Additional Requirements:
• Age: 22 to 35 years.
• Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Must possess excellent convincing power, a proactive attitude, and the resilience to perform effectively under corporate sales targets.
• Willingness and flexibility to occasionally travel to client project sites along with the Architect after a deal is locked.
• High proficiency in digital communication, with the ability to chat professionally and error-free on WhatsApp and Messenger.
• Excellent verbal articulation with a clear voice tone in both Bengali and English.
• Basic computer literacy, including internet operations and proficiency in MS Excel.
