Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a smart and well-spoken Call Center Executive for our business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls professionally and providing excellent customer service.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls from customers
Communicate clearly and politely with customers
Provide accurate information about services/products
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain good customer relationships
🔹 Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Bangla
Polite, friendly, and professional behavior
Ability to handle customers patiently
Basic understanding of customer service
🔹 Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in call center will be a plus (optional)
Must be punctual and responsible
