Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good relation and communication with Customer/Clients
∎ Maintain company's credit and collection policy
∎ Answer the client's query and give the right information
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer/clients time frames.
∎ Keep records of customer/Client interactions and transactions
∎ Maintain customer/Clients databases
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer/clients service process
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
