Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests via digital channels (social media, WhatsApp, email, live chat).

  • Solve problems quickly and ensure riders feel valued and supported.

  • Coordinate with service, sales, and technical teams to provide the right solutions.

  • Keep records of interactions and follow up until problems are fully resolved.

  • Track and analyze recurring customer issues to identify root causes.

  • Provide data-driven insights to management on customer pain points and service gaps.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements that boost rider satisfaction.

  • Contribute ideas to enhance digital customer support strategies and tools.

  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions to influence business decisions.
