Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests via digital channels (social media, WhatsApp, email, live chat).
Solve problems quickly and ensure riders feel valued and supported.
Coordinate with service, sales, and technical teams to provide the right solutions.
Keep records of interactions and follow up until problems are fully resolved.
Track and analyze recurring customer issues to identify root causes.
Provide data-driven insights to management on customer pain points and service gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements that boost rider satisfaction.
Contribute ideas to enhance digital customer support strategies and tools.
Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions to influence business decisions.
