Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Presenter Executive. The ideal candidate will serve as the front face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service while also representing our products/services through presentations, events, and digital platforms. The role also involves proactive follow-up on overdue collections and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Customer Care Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments in a respectful and persuasive manner.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all types of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, service requests, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and ongoing promotions.
Presenter / Host Duties:
- Represent the brand during promotional events, exhibitions, online platforms (e.g., Facebook Live), and product launches.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations or product demos to clients or audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to script and deliver content for video shoots or livestreams.
- Maintain a confident and appealing on-screen or on-stage presence.
- Collect and report feedback from audiences to improve future communications.
