∎ Duty Time For Female: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
∎ Duty Time For Male: According to Duty Roster
∎ [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM] & [2:00 PM - 10:30 PM]

∎ For Dhaka: Khilgaon, Banasree, Aftabnagar, Badda, Rampura, Bashabo, Mugda, Staff quarter demra
∎ For Chattogram: Sugandha Housing, Nasirabad Housing, Panchlaish, Chawk Bazar, Jamal Khan, Dampara, Bakalia
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the database application.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Good personality for Teamwork.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ at least 6 month of customer service or sales experience preferred.
∎ Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
∎ Strong verbal communication skills in the Bangla & English language.
∎ Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
∎ Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
∎ Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
∎ Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
∎ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Handsome Sales Incentive & Overtime allowance
