∎ Strong verbal communication skills in the Bangla & English language.
∎ Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
∎ Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
∎ Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
∎ Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
∎ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To provide highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner. Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the database application.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Good personality for Teamwork.
∎ Duty Time For Female: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
∎ For Male: According to Duty Roster
∎ [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM] & [2:00 PM - 10:30 PM]

Read Before Apply: Preference will be given to those who at least 6 month work experience in Call Center / Tele sales / Customer Service
Must be proficient in Bengali and English typing and computer operation, and
You need to know the general troubleshooting of computer.
Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate services
Develop a report with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
Communicate with clients in Bangla, English or other local languages or refer them to a capable member of the team.
