Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage client communication, handle inquiries, and provide support related to imported electronic equipment and products.

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional manner

  2. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability

  3. Coordinate with sales and technical teams regarding customer requirements

  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  5. Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

  6. Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  7. Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service

  8. Support showroom or office visitors when required
