Create notification in SAP and assign customer service engineer to complete the task.
Identify material request (If Any) from Service Engineer & align with logistics to complete the task.
Compiling customer service report to serve business requirements (Like, Installation Report, Maintenance Report & Protocols).
Report open notification list after reconciliation with proper reasoning.
