Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a responsible Customer Care Executive to join our organization who will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the customer service functions related to the business. You will act as call center executive of our company and ensure our clients will get complete idea about our company and projects. You will also responsible for the day-to-day management of Customer care related tasks and help the sales team as a responsibility.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur DOHS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
∎ Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ Take the extra mile to engage customers.
∎ Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines.
∎ Must have update price information.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Real Estate Sector at least for 3 years.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills both Bengali and English
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
∎ Teamwork and leadership skill

Salary: Negotiable
