Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve Share Sales targets by acquiring new clients regularly.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the service.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situations.
∎ Set sales targets & define the strategy to achieve those targets.
∎ Generate creative ideas to secure new customers & enhance business.
∎ Onboard new corporate customers with potential business opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
∎ Identify new clients through various channels, utilizing personal client networks and databases.
∎ Build strong relationships with your existing and potential clients, understanding their investment needs and providing personalized solutions.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from the sale of shares.
∎ Provide expert consultation and advisory services to clients regarding investment opportunities in agro projects and resorts, addressing their financial goals and risk preferences.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and investment portfolios using CRM software.
∎ Articulate benefits of investing in shares effectively, tailored to client interests.
∎ Contribute to the Company's overall Asset & Liability growth by developing high-quality corporate customers.
∎ Preparing monthly reports stating the status of the completion of assigned tasks
∎ Job Context: We are looking to hire some professional dynamic and suitable candidates for the position of Relationship Field Officer (Personal & Corporate Sales) for the sale of shares in our agro projects and resorts.
