Experience:
Contacting new and existing customers through CRM, and preparing, updating, and forwarding reports to the supervisor.
Providing detailed product and service information to engage and educate potential customers.
Closing sales and maintaining all necessary sales-related records and documentation.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
Managing Facebook pages, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms to reply to customer messages and comments.
Having a clear understanding of product features, pricing, delivery time, and return policies, and explaining them effectively to customers.
Communicating politely, friendly, and professionally to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
