Responsibilities & Context:

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Order Confirmation: Call customers daily to confirm their orders and provide excellent customer service.

  • Product Packaging: Properly and securely package products for daily courier dispatch.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate daily stock records and regularly update the inventory system.

  • Purchase Reporting: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate records of all product purchase reports and vouchers.

Special Requirement: The candidate must possess an active smartphone for work purposes.
