Key Responsibilities
Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, policies, premiums, claims, and customer services.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls for customer follow-up, service feedback, and policy-related communications.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
Assist customers through phone calls, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports as assigned.
