∎ Minimum five years working experience in the Thai and/or Japanese restaurant.
∎ Advanced written and spoken English and Thai will be an additional advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and development, including creating and updating the menu, ensuring a balance of dishes and incorporating seasonal ingredients.
∎ Kitchen management: overseeing the kitchen staff hiring, training, scheduling.
∎ Inventory and budget management: managing inventory, ordering supplies and controlling food costs and wastage, to meet budget goals.
∎ Quality control: ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes to meet the restaurant’s high standards.
∎ Compliance and safety: including maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen, upkeep, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations.
∎ Training, employees and providing development opportunities, ensuring all employees are trained on safety and continuing to stay up-to-date on maintaining equipment to perform kitchen duties.
∎ Responsible for complete kitchen functionality.
∎ Vault Limited is operating a restaurant business in Banani Dhaka serving Asian fusion cuisine. Vault is a high-end restaurant with stylish ambience and delicious food. It offers a mix of international and local delicious cuisine to guests who enjoy fine dining. The restaurant has a modern cozy atmosphere making it perfect for small gatherings business meetings, and special events. We are looking for competent experienced individuals in order to facilitate our expansion program.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary USD: 1,500.00, House rent USD: 250.00, Conveyance Allowance USD: 20.00 & Medical Allowance USD: 80.00, per month as per company policy.
