Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated, well-organized and goal-driven individual to join a newly established CRM Sales Department. The successful candidate will be managing a dynamic team to provide a high quality and efficient customer experience, as well as helping to promote the core values of the organization in all aspects of what we do.
∎ In this role, responsibilities shall include: identifying opportunities for market growth, developing sales plans and executing them to build and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing clients, keeping existing customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales, and coaching the wider team to implement successful strategies. The role holder will possess excellent communication skills and be able to confidently communicate in business English to clients worldwide.
∎ Duties shall include:
∎ Building and preserving trusting and positive relationships with the clients.
∎ Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team.
∎ Ensuring customer complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently.
∎ Delivering growth within the existing customer base by up-selling and cross selling.
∎ Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing accordingly.
∎ Conducting business reviews.
∎ Using an evidence-based approach to design and implement sales plans.
∎ Hiring and developing members of a newly established sales team.
∎ Mentoring and coaching the sales team, empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge & communication skills.
∎ Conducting performance reviews for the team members and supporting them to deliver against targets.
∎ Possess deep knowledge of demonstrating the value proposition of business products.
∎ Participate in company and industry events and conferences.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Work closely with the different teams to promote products to the right audiences.
