Job Responsibilities:
∎ Potential Student Application Assessment
∎ On-time Application submission matching all criteria
∎ Regular communication with the overseas universities & colleges (predominantly UK-based) for different issues such as chasing pending decisions, obtaining offer letters in time, sharing different types of requirements/documents with universities etc.
∎ Database update and working in the portal.
∎ To provide a systematic customer service to ensure an effective and efficient service
∎ Providing correct guidelines and assistance for interviews.
∎ Chasing after the receiver to fulfill the conditions, deposit payments and other requirements.
∎ Checking all the documents received from the applicants and ensuring nothing is missing before requesting for unconditional offer or CAS.
∎ Ensure students join the universities on time and attend classes regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very strong written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Knowledge of the student admissions process.
∎ 6 months to 2 years experience in the education counseling sector will be required to have to deal with the foreign universities directly.
∎ Problem solving attitude is a must.
∎ Flexible to work on Fridays & Bangladesh Public holidays (Need to match UK working days)
∎ Confident working under pressure.
∎ High level of attention to detail.
∎ We encourage applications from both male and female candidates.
∎ Possess strong work ethics.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
