∎ SAMS Apply is our service division, which supports our agency partners to achieve successful applications to colleges and universities on behalf of their clients. The SAMS Apply team support agents to use the online platform and easily submit applications to study abroad destinations. Our aim is to simplify the admission process and help agencies to extend the number of colleges and universities to which they have access.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated, well organized and goal driven individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in our application team. He/ She must possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review students' application against admission requirements as specified by the institutes.
∎ Work with our partner institutes and clients to resolve application issues and submit quality applications.
∎ Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail.
∎ Undertake the web research into the relevant institutions and courses, obtaining the information thoroughly and in accordance with our work timeframes.
∎ Work across internal and external teams to ensure entry requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.
∎ Ensure the system is correctly updated with the application outcome.
∎ Assist clients with course related enquiries and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having a good understanding of the UK education system shall add an advantage.
∎ Fluent in speaking and good writing skill in English is a must.
∎ High level of attention to detail.
∎ Focused and able to keep up with fast-paced work demands.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
∎ Ability to be a good team player.
∎ Having skill to adapt and problem solving attitude.
