Job Overview:

Amzad Food is seeking a CRM Executive who will be the first point of contact for customer interactions across all channels. This role requires someone highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented to manage inbound/outbound communication, order processing, and customer support across digital and direct platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally; respond to product inquiries and order requests.

Take and process orders accurately via phone call, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other direct channels.

Perform data entry for invoices, orders, and customer records in CRM systems or spreadsheets.

Respond promptly to customer queries via social media, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain organized records of customer communication and follow-up activities.

Route specific customer issues or leads to relevant internal teams when necessary.

Monitor and update stock availability queries in coordination with warehouse or sales team.

Support the marketing team by providing feedback from customer interactions.
