- Age At least 40 years
Must have a police background.
Experience as a Police Inspector / Officer-in-Charge in at least 2 police stations, or
Experience as a Sub-Inspector (2nd Officer) in at least 1 police station, or
Experience as a Sub-Inspector (Investigation) in at least 2 police stations.
Experience in the corporate sector will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Execute recovery operations for assigned mature portfolios using approved strategies and protocols.
Follow field instructions and operational guidance provided by the In-Charge of Mature Recovery.
Maintain structured records of recovery actions, commitments, discussions, and portfolio updates.
Submit timely reports of field activities, escalations, and operational observations.
Ensure that all recovery actions comply with company policies and operational guidelines.
Support structured coordination with Early Recovery, Legal, and other departments as per protocols.
