Job Context:
∎ We are looking for hiring an experienced Credit Recovery Officer for Company`s Recovery and Risk Management. In this position, you will be involved to plan, monitor and implement about how to recover and reduce overall overdue amount within specific time frame given by top management.
∎ Candidates must be smart, intelligent, energetic, dedicated towards duties & responsibilities. Candidates must have the capability to take challenge and the risk on behalf of company for recovery purpose. Retired ARMY/AIR-FORCE/NAVY/RAB/BGB/POLICE will get the priority for this position. Those who have worked previously in similar sector are also preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking strategies & plan about the overall collection & recovery and implementing in the area.
∎ Taking the challenge to meet the credit recovery target and report to the top Management
∎ Credit recovery plan of product sold and maintain good relation with customer.
∎ Submitting Daily, Weekly and monthly report regarding overdue collection/actual overdue
∎ Maintain strong knowledge base about Tractor/Power tiller/Rotavator
∎ Gathering collection and overdue status of assigned credit files.
∎ Submitting bill and collection of credits (cash/cheque) from clients.
∎ Preparing list of critical files in terms of poor collection or high overdue.
∎ Physical visit of those critical customers.
∎ Motivate critical customer for overdue collection
∎ Prepare and submit a monthly report on critical customer's overdue recovery status.
∎ Follow up regularly to all overdue customers' payment commitment.
∎ Negotiate with bad customers, bad debt recovery and bad debt recovery records.
∎ Need to take the legal action if necessary.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the management.
∎ ***Retired ARMY/AIR-FORCE/NAVY/RAB/BGB/POLICE will get the priority for this position. People who have worked previously in similar sector are also preferable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Recovery, Sales
∎ Retired ARMY/AIR-FORCE/NAVY/RAB/BGB/POLICE will get the priority for this position.
∎ Those who have worked previously in similar sector are also preferable.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
