Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate contact with clients via phone, email or visits to discuss payment obligations.
∎ Analyze credit histories and assess repayment options.
∎ Monitor and track overdue liabilities.
∎ Collaborate with legal teams when necessary for escalated recovery actions.
∎ Achieve monthly target.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and outstanding accounts.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.

∎ Position Summary:
∎ The liabilities Collection Officer is responsible for managing and recovering overdue liabilities from individual and corporate clients in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The officer plays a critical role in maintain the fanatical health of the organization by minimizing bad debts while upholding customer services standards.
