Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position: Credit Documentation Officer, Credit Administration Division (Officer to PO)
∎ Job Grade: Officer to Principal Officer
∎ Job Nature: Permanent
∎ BFOL issuance, Loan file scrutiny/checking/review.
∎ Making various types of deeds i.e. hypothecation, IGPA on stocks/inventories, undertaking, term loan agreement, corporate guarantee, cross corporate guarantee etc.
∎ Documentation for creation of charge: RJSC, share lien, mortgage, power, redemption, power cancellation etc.
∎ Preparation of security/charge documents.
∎ Stamping of all loan files.
∎ Loan file archiving.
∎ Management of safe keeping of documentation files.
∎ Management of related register (safe in safe out, Inward/Outward, vault register, BFOL register etc.)
∎ Monitoring of pending Documents.
∎ Audit Compliance
∎ Security data entry in Finacle, land mortgage database, security module database, e – doc management etc.
∎ Any other ad-hoc task as and when required.
