Carbarn is a fast-growing automotive business producing high-volume, high-quality content for social media and YouTube while improving internal workflows through tech and automation. We’re hiring a full-time Operations Executive with a Computer Science (CSE) background who can combine AI prompt engineering + Python knowledge + content production (video editing + photo retouching) to help our team move faster and maintain consistent quality.

This is not a traditional “video creator” role — it’s an execution + systems role for someone who can build repeatable workflows and deliver creative outputs.

Responsibilities

1) AI Prompt Engineering (Core Requirement)

• Build prompt systems for consistent outputs: video hooks, scripts, captions, thumbnails, image styles, translations

• Iterate quickly to reach brand-consistent results (tone, accuracy, formatting)

• Maintain prompt libraries/templates for the team to reuse

• Use AI responsibly: verify facts, avoid hallucinations, ensure quality control

2) Tech & Workflow Support (CSE Advantage)

• Use Python or automation mindset to streamline repetitive tasks (content pipeline, naming structure, template creation, batch processing)

• Support lightweight data handling (Google Sheets/CSV cleanup, file organization, basic scripting)

• Improve internal processes with clear documentation and SOPs

3) Video Production (From Provided Footage)

• Edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) from footage and directions provided by our team

• Edit YouTube videos (5–10 minutes) with strong pacing and retention structure

• Add captions/subtitles, on-screen text, simple motion graphics, and clean transitions

• Improve audio (cleanup/leveling) and add copyright-safe music

• Ensure outputs follow Carbarn’s brand style and consistency

4) Photo Retouching & Visual Quality

• Retouch vehicle photos (lighting, reflections, color correction, cleanup, sharpness)

• Maintain a premium and consistent visual standard across all listings and posts

• Support marketing creatives when needed (simple promos, badges, banners, thumbnails)

Requirements (Must Have)

• CSE / CS / Software background (or equivalent skills)

• Strong understanding of AI tools + prompt engineering

• Ability to edit videos confidently (short + long form)

• Ability to retouch photos professionally

• Strong English understanding (reading/writing/listening)

• Fast turnaround, detail-focused, consistent communication

Tools (Any of these is fine)

• Video: Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut / CapCut

• Photo: Photoshop / Lightroom

• AI/Support: ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Descript (or similar)

Preference (Nice to Have)

• Automotive / tourism content experience

• Python scripting experience (even basic—automation mindset matters most)

• Experience building repeatable templates/SOPs for content teams
