Labaid Insuretech Company Ltd., a technology-driven insurtech and digital healthcare innovation company under Labaid Group, is expanding its creative and digital media team. We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Designer (Motion, 3D & Video Editing) to develop impactful visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate branding.

🔹 Position Title

Creative Designer (Motion Graphics, 3D & Video Editing)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, 3D animations, and video content for marketing, branding, and digital platforms.

• Develop creative visual concepts for corporate videos, product explainers, social media reels, and promotional campaigns.

• Edit videos with professional storytelling, transitions, sound design, and color grading.

• Create 3D models, animations, and visual effects for product demos and digital experiences.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and branding teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.

• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and creative techniques in motion design and digital media.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, 3D Design, and Video Editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender/Cinema 4D/3ds Max, or similar tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 3D animation, and video projects.

• Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
