∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design (UI/UX) principles.
∎ Excellent visual, typographical, and layout skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
∎ Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visual designs that align with brand and communication guidelines and strategic goals.
∎ Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
∎ Create print materials such as packaging, brochures, food menu, flyers, posters POSM etc. that effectively communicate brand message.
∎ Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from start to finish, including brainstorming, design, and implementation.
∎ Ensure consistency in visual elements and messaging across all platforms and formats.
∎ Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design quality.
∎ Present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
∎ Review and refine designs based on feedback from team members, and other stakeholders.
