  • With at least total of 20+ years of working experience in related operations.·       
  • Country Manager at least 5 years       
  • Director in Quality Control and Quality Assurance (7 to 8+ years)       
  • Operations and Technical Manager (5 to 7 years)       
  • Technical and Quality Assurance in Supervisory role (5+ years)

Responsibilities & Context:

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager in the headquarter office.

A country manager is responsible for overseeing the full operations, strategy, and performance of the company in the region.

  • Overseeing a broad range of functions covering all aspects of Operations such as Leading a team in Bangladesh region such as the Team leaders, Quality Auditors and Suppliers Auditor with Hands on management style. 
  • Also, Includes Accounts, Admin and HR functions such as recruiting and training staff and maintaining budgets.
  • He / She must also possess a deep understanding of the country’s local laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring and improving team performance through KPIs management, training, assessments, and creating new performance-tracking tools.
  • Visiting the suppliers and factories to ensure the QMS and compliance is maintained.   
  • Maintaining good working collaborations with suppliers to ensure the regulatory compliance in QMS and Code of Conduct are maintained and in force. 
  • Driving cost optimization initiatives to maintain budget while maximizing value and efficiency.·       
  • Responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the country or region as well as reporting and communicating progress, performance, and feedback to senior management and other relevant parties.
