∎ 5 years of educational degree in Engineer Technology.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 Years management experience in the related field;
∎ Vast knowledge and experience of work with of readymade garment, fabrics and accessories suppliers in Bangladesh;
∎ Experience in Quality control, Assurance, Shipment, and Factory assessment;
∎ 10 years of people management and development experience;
∎ Languages: English - advanced, Russian - native or fluent is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily office management to achieve the Company’s targets;
∎ Management and development of readymade garment, fabrics and accessories suppliers in Bangladesh
∎ Production follow-up and control of production schedule followed by suppliers;
∎ Accompanying of current and future agreements for production
∎ Development of related documents and policies within job functions;
∎ Control of deadlines for schedule fulfilment by subordinates within their job functions.
∎ Responsibilities:
