• Lead and develop a dynamic merchandising team, fostering professional growth while achieving business objectives.

• Oversee product development and bulk production processes, ensuring seamless coordination and quality standards.

• CM and Price negotiations with factories fabric suppliers/trim suppliers and wash units

• Identify new opportunities, explore market trends, and expand vendor networks to support company growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure best practices and coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional products.

• Vendor Management: Establish training programs, and implement performance monitoring systems for vendors.

• Maintain excellent relationships with partners, clients, and suppliers to foster long-term growth.

• Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure they meet production requirements and company standards.

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Collaborate with factories and technical teams to exceed garment quality standards.

• Relationship Management: Sustain positive relationships to achieve development and production schedules.

• Strategic Sourcing: Support sourcing strategies by developing new vendor relationships and negotiating optimal pricing.

• Customer Strategy Alignment: Collaborate closely with customers on their strategic priorities and order pipelines.

• Process Optimization: Ensure all approval processes are completed within Time and Action calendars.

• Performance Management: Review factory performance and implement improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

• Business Strategy Development: Develop strategies and drive continuous improvement in daily operations.
