∎ B.Sc./BE/B.Tech. and PG Diploma/MBA in Marketing & Sales

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional Requirement: Role holder shall be responsible for:
∎ Achieving the Key performance Parameters (KPI) of the business operations i.e., Revenue, Market share, Profits by designing and execution of right business strategy.
∎ Recruit, retain and groom human resources to deliver the organization objectives
∎ Expanding the dealer network to achieve the new sales target
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities to attain the sales target
∎ Ensure after sales service infrastructure is developed to satisfy customer requirements
∎ Pro-actively plan strategies to counter threats from the competitors
∎ Ensure required controls are in plans to safeguard the company assets in terms of physical, financial, information and reputation.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the head office as per agreed deliverable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Above 20 years into Ink or Paint industry.
∎ Only people from Ink or Paint industry need to apply, minimum 5 years from Ink industry experience is mandatory
