Responsibilities & Context:

• The Tele-counselor – TB will provide inbound and outbound counseling services to TB patients, caregivers, and service providers

• The incumbent will be responsible to include treatment adherence counseling, referral coordination with DOTS centers

• Ensuring documentation of calls in digital systems, follow-up of referred patients, and preparation of routine service reports

• Maintaining empathy, confidentiality, accuracy, and patient-centered communication
