Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel customers according to their need, give need based brochures and leaflets to the customers on services and products.
∎ Screen FP, ANC customers and other customers and send to the appropriate service providers(MO/Paramedic/Lab/Physiotherapy)
∎ Maintain and operate audiovisual equipment for the health education in the waiting room.
∎ Dispense FP methods as per need.
∎ Maintain financial management of the ASA Integrated Health Center.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all services and generate necessary reports as per office requirements.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Two years professional experience in NGO health services.
∎ Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people
∎ Excellent communication skill

Salary:
∎ Tk. 17500 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 17,500/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, two Festival Allowance, Nobo Borsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
