Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel customers according to their needs and give need-based brochures and leaflets on services and products.
∎ Conduct Screening, FP, ANC, PNC Nutrition, Diet, Child, and adolescent wealth counseling.
∎ Maintain and operate audiovisual equipment for health education in the waiting room.
∎ Dispense FP methods as per need.
∎ Maintain financial management of the health center.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all services and generate necessary reports as per office requirements.
∎ Carry out other related and lawful duties as and when assigned by the supervisor/the authority.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Two years of professional experience in health services, health counseling, customer care management.
∎ Microsoft office package like: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (email) and web browsing.
∎ Willingness to work with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Age will be flexible for experienced candidates in health sector Hospital/Clinics.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
