Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in any field, preferably in marketing or education;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A full-time education counsellor to work with our professional team in our Dhaka Corporate office located at Banani;
∎ Providing students with professional and comprehensive information about studying in global education destinations;
∎ End-to-end process management for admission to overseas Educational Institutions, that includes, but not limited to:
∎ Manage queries;
∎ Counselling for suitable course(s) and institution(s) through designing a realistic and effective study plan according to student's situation
∎ Manage end-to-end processes for applications and enrollments
∎ Support visa processing & onboarding
∎ Liaison between students, parents and education providers, as and when required;
∎ Assist in promotional activities e.g., fairs, seminars, webinars and so on, as suited for the purpose;
∎ Assist in maintaining relationships with Education providers, partner agents and other institutions relevant to business growth;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with education system and application process of destinations like Canada, USA, Australia
∎ 3-5 years of experience in overseas student counseling is preferred;
∎ Experience in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage;
∎ Have excellent customer service awareness and communication skills;
∎ Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Bangla;
∎ Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility and be able to withstand greater work pressures;
∎ A team player - an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds;
∎ Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students;
∎ Conversant in MS Office applications and integrated CRM management tools.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Fixed + yearly incentive + festival bonus
