Job Responsibilities:
∎ A full-time immigration counsellor to work with our professional team at our Bangladesh office located at Banani, Dhaka.
∎ Providing clients with comprehensive information about immigration to Australia and Canada.
∎ Provide end-to-end process support for immigration services, that includes, but not limited to client queries, document management and relationship management.
∎ Assist in promotional/communication programs e.g., fairs, seminars, webinars and so on, as suited for the purpose.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic familiarity with Australian and Canadian immigration systems
∎ Experience in immigration services is appreciated.
∎ Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent customer service awareness and communication skills.
∎ Understandingof asset valuation and other key financial documents - preferred.
∎ Language proficiency - both English and Bangla.
∎ Conversant in MS Office applications.
∎ Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
∎ A team player - an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.

Salary:
