We are looking for a smart, confident and presentable Counsellor to handle client consultation and provide complete guidance for Canada & Australia PR and Tourist Visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries regarding Canada & Australia PR & Tourist Visa through call, messenger and in-person consultation

• Provide proper guidance on application process, required documents and overall procedure

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients and assist them throughout the process

• Support clients with SOP / explanation guidance and checklist understanding

• Ensure smooth communication and build strong client relationships

• Participate in regular Facebook Live sessions and video content (MANDATORY) to explain visa processes and engage audience

• Assist in converting potential leads into confirmed clients through professional communication

• Maintain client data and update progress regularly

Work Environment:

• Office-based role (Dhaka – Badda)

• Friendly and supportive team environment

• Training will be provided for the right candidate

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Confident in communication (Bangla required, basic English preferred)

• Presentable and comfortable in front of camera

• Good at explaining and convincing clients

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in visa consultancy will be an advantage (not mandatory)
