Job Context:
∎ Open Position: `Counsellor" For Children Development Program.
∎ Office Time: 9:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M (6 Days a week)
∎ Location: Natunbazar, Dhaka-1212

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use knowledge of psychological theory and practice.
∎ Help clients address mental health concerns or adjust their behaviors.
∎ Exhibit superior communication skills to uncover complicated mental health issues.
∎ Help individuals address underlying behavioral issues.
∎ Empathize with a wide range of people.
∎ Focus on the needs of your clients.
∎ Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis.
∎ Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment.
∎ Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other professionals to provide the best care possible.

∎ Proven work experience as a Counsellor 1 years.
∎ Ability to work in multidisciplinary team.
∎ Ability to work with children and understand their mental health.
∎ Excellent communication and relationship skills.
