Job Context:
∎ Open Position: `IT Executive" For Children Development Program.
∎ Office Time: 9:00 A.M to 05:00 P.M (6 Days a week)
∎ Location: Natunbazar, Dhaka-1212
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works across all studios to help identify, promote, and share best IT practices, tools, and processes
∎ Helps determine the optimal level of standardization across studios and facilitates the adoption of processes and tools to capture the benefits of standardization
∎ Implement global support processes and provide visibility and escalation paths for regional IT teams
∎ Maintaining required records for the executive member and department
∎ Coordinate and/or lead ado projects, as requested by the executive
∎ Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of application support for smart phones
∎ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Bachelor's degree in BS
∎ Information Systems or Bachelor's degree in Business
∎ Experience and proficiency with Macs
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in at IT role (ideally a support role)
∎ In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows 7 and 7. Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and conferencing applications
∎ Highly skilled with mobile Technology
∎ Ability to provide strategic guidance and counsel to clientele in the assessment and development of existing and/or proposed systems.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
