∎ Measures sewing operations to set standard times and optimize productivities though data analysis and reporting.
∎ Utilizes GSD software for operation-specific data and time calculations, enhancing production efficiency.
∎ Balances production lines by distribution tasks evenly, minimizing idle time, and improving workflow.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calculate Garment Costing, including fabric, trims, labor, and overheads.
∎ Identify and implement strategies to reduce production costs though resource optimization.
∎ Develop and manage the Bill of Materials for accurate costing and planning.
∎ Book new orders and align production schedule with customer requirement.
∎ Analyze historical costing date to forecast future cost and set benchmarks.
∎ Collaborate with purchasing to plan material requirements based on orders.
∎ Prepare budgets, track variances, and adjust forecasts with finance and production teams.
∎ Audit production costs to ensure budget compliance and identify cost-control areas.
∎ Work with production, quality and planning teams to align costing with operations.
