Responsibilities & Context:
The responsibilities are including but not limited to:
Sales Target Achievement
Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Coordinate with team members to boost sales
Participate in promotional campaigns and events
Product Promotion & Documentation
Showcase cosmetic products to customers or retailers
Explain product benefits, usage, and safety
Stay updated on beauty trends and new launches
Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat purchases
Handle complaints and returns professionally
Provide personalized product recommendations
Inventory & Merchandising
Monitor stock levels and restock them
Maintain attractive product listing
Report sales data and customer feedback to management
