Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (Marketing) / Masters from any reputed Public University.
∎ Students from North South University will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to team effort by achieving sales target within the assigned area.
∎ Regularly visit Clients/ Engineers/ Customers and Corporate Houses to generate demand of KSRM products.
∎ Maximize cash sale and organize Clients within the company given credit limit & duration also must convince clients / corporate house for Bank Guarantee.
∎ Find out potential customers & bring them under KSRM umbrella.
∎ Plan, forecast and implement sales strategies according to management instructions.
∎ Ensuring proper delivery discussion with Delivery Department and Clients.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Settle customer queries and complaints according to formatted instructions with the help of Quality Department.
∎ Prepare Daily Visit Report (DCR), Weekly Report, Monthly Itinerary (Tour Plan) and send to the Superiors & Sales Administration Department.
∎ Prepare analytical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing market information.
∎ Look after Project Bill Boards, Billboards and other advertising equipment properly and cleanly. Find out branding opportunity at assigned area.
∎ To inform to the superior about the activities of other competitive steel companies, area trends, pricing etc.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of products.
∎ Any others task assign given by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ At least 2 years experience for Corporate Sales Officer and 4 years experience for Sr. Corporate Sales Officer.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smart & hardworking ability.
∎ Have the courage to travel extensively within the country as per company requirement.
∎ Good communication & ncegotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Must have excellent Communication Skill in English & Bengali.
