• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

• Minimum 08 (Eight) to 10 (Ten) years in a financial institute/reputed solution provider.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

• Very good skill in MS Office.

• Experience in managing Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, HyperV, SCCM, WSUS, SSL

• Good communication skill in Bangla & English

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude

Job Grade: Senior Principal Officer to Senior Assistant Vice President

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in implementing all aspects of Windows Server and Windows Desktop Infrastructure in mission-critical enterprise environments.

• Demonstrated understanding and operational experience in Virtualization technologies in large organizations, especially VMware and Hyper-V.

• Direct experience with capacity management, performance monitoring and tuning, security, system backup and maintenance of windows-based technologies.

• Experience updating and supporting MS-Windows Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365 hybrid environment in enterprise level.

• Security patch deployment experience essential with SCCM or WSUS.

• Good understanding of Microsoft client and server software licensing including data security and privacy.

• Deploying and inspecting all type of (Linux & Windows) servers.

• Install, Maintenance and support of Active Directory Federated Services, related hardware, and technologies

• Troubleshoot DNS Service and DNS resolution issues.

• Well work experience on server OS (CentOS, Oracle OS, Windows Server OS) installation and troubleshooting.

• Overseeing the safe installation of server hardware and cabling systems.

• Monitoring the performance and capacity of the servers.

• Performing regular checkup of server network, hardware and services

• Responding to server network alerts and hardware malfunctions.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting server errors

• Regular tracking and documenting server issues and compiling incident reports

• Managing regular system backups and server security protocol.

• Daily backup all type of server Database and related files to ensure data security

• Previous experience in a large environment with clustering, failover/recovery and load balancing

• Strategies Participate in compliance activities supporting 15027001 frameworks.

• Conduct systems monitoring to prescribed SLA`s.
