Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation and Submission of Letter of Credit for all machinery, raw materials, spare parts, and project purchases. This include follow up on authorization from approver’s route.
∎ Aging control of Open Letter of Credits and action plan to close all past due documents before they become obsolete.
∎ Prepare and send to Authorized persons of Duty disbursements and notify to Authorized persons for Approval, after approval forward to Finance to execution.
∎ Issue weekly reports to monitor his performance and progress on set target for his/her area. All noncompliance parameters must have and action plan to improve metrics or close any gaps.
∎ Prepare Bank Guarantee application as per customs requirements and arrange to be issued from Bank after completing all formalities.
∎ Issue Letter of credit amendments and corrections on Banking Platform. Said change must be fully documented and explained to approvers: Finance Director and Supply Chain Director.
