Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up the operator and production floor.
∎ Adjust the recipe if needed.
∎ Adjust/Modify the Process and program.
∎ Ensure the better productivity of Dyeing and finishing through reducing downtime.
∎ Ensure the good quality fabric according to the Gildan standard.
∎ Make sure that all operators are working according to the SOP.
∎ Keep the workplace clean and safe to reduce accident.
∎ Support to fill the daily route sheet of production and downtime.
∎ Must inform to immediate supervisor if any problem occurred during the process.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
∎ Perform decomposition test.
∎ Perform salt concentration test during dyeing process.
∎ Support to meet the production target with all KPI.
