∎ Technical knowledge about sewing machinery.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating the Work and Activities of mechanics and others
∎ Repairing, servicing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles
∎ Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
∎ Entering, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written
∎ Perform schedule preventive maintenance programs, and as well as corrective maintenance
∎ Operation, maintenance, programming and troubleshooting of sewing machinery.
∎ Install all sewing machine and equipment transferred from CA to support the production growth in garments
∎ Ensure monitoring of the machine cleaning, troubleshooting according to the SOP.
∎ Ensuring maximum production by the required efficiency of the machines
∎ Install special functional and structural parts in devices & adjust functional
∎ parts of devices and control instruments.
∎ Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems
∎ Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary
∎ Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor
