Job Context:
∎ Position Type: Mid-level position.
∎ Employment starts: September 2023
∎ Contract duration: Initial contract for one year; based on performance, the contract can be extended.
∎ Place of work: This is a field-based position. The tentative places of posting will be Cox`s Bazar, Kushtia, and Dinajpur. Based on relevant field experience and discussion during the interview, a place of posting will be assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience in reputed national NGOs or iNGOs; (S)he should have at least 3 (three) years of progressive experience in project coordination and stakeholder management at the field level; working experience with the local government will be an added advantage;
