∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
∎ In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
∎ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficient in project management software and tools.
∎ Written and oral communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Good command on MS-Office (MS word, SPSS, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Excellent communication, advocacy and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
∎ Willingness to travel and work in the remote areas.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop comprehensive project proposals, concept notes, and Expression of Interest (EOI) documents, ensuring alignment with donors' specifications and guidelines.
∎ Prepare project proposals, concept notes, and EOIs for IDF partners as appropriate, effectively communicating the organization's vision, goals, and capabilities.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subject matter experts, to gather required information and define project specifications.
∎ Project work documentation based on the agreed project document.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of project managers and professionals.
∎ Oversee project planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
∎ Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks, find out best alternatives for risk management.
∎ Implement and monitor project activities best practices for high-quality outcomes.
∎ Foster a culture of learning and improvement within the project management team.
∎ Monitor project budgets to ensure financial discipline and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Analyze project data to derive insights for optimizing project activities as lain down in the work plan.
