Responsibilities & Context:
To perform all sorts of mechanical works for installation, construction, modification, repair, and maintenance of knitted fabrics production related apparatuses, equipment, and systems.
Ability to work with JDE to maintain work worder for preventive & corrective.
To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied during the job execution.
To installs and repairs mechanical systems of knitted fabrics production machines and equipment.
To diagnoses malfunctioning Electrical/mechanical systems of knitted fabrics production machines and equipment and replaces damaged or broken parts, using proper tools.
Installs and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of industrial machines and equipment.
Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment.
Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.
To diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
To perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
To performing equipment inspection, repair, and corrective maintenance as required.
Responsible for taking care of the tools provided by the company for performing the work.
To perform any other operation-related function as directed by immediate supervisor.
To lead the personnel to carry out the job during preventive or corrective maintenance work.
Co-operate maintenance planning engineer for machine break down analysis
