Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts MA in English Language and Literature
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the overall Academic and Administrative functions as well as assistance to the Principal.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get used to the system of the school.
∎ Responsible for the overall student and administrative discipline
∎ Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routine, Syllabus, Session Plan, Scheme of Work, Lesson plans, Teaching materials according to the CAIE standard.
∎ Develop curriculum, training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Make sure that teachers take classes properly and timely.
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions.
∎ Solve Academic and Administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians/ Parents as and External Office (Government Office, Private Office and Other Institutions) when required.
∎ Organize Annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Monitor and Evaluation teachers' Class Observations, Performance Report according to the CIS standard and forward to the Principal.
∎ Look after Academic and Administrative activities of the school.
∎ Responsible for overall Safety and Security for the Students and Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Highly preference will be given to the female candidates.
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency
∎ Fluency in oral, written English.
∎ Competent in office administration skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
Salary: Negotiable
